SAP Business One Electronic Invoice CFDI 3.3 for Mexico

Mexico Tax Authority (SAT) has tax rules for "Individuals with Business Activities" and Corporations tax payers to use Electronic Invoicing to deliver marketing documents to its customers and also Electronic Accounting Reports to the SAT.

Regarding Electronic Invoicing, digital marketing documents should contain the digital information of the issuing tax payer and its customers, according to the rules outlined in the "Anexo 20 CFDI 3.3" of the mexican TAX legislation:

The main digital marketing documents which apply for the CFDI 3.3 are the following:

- Invoice
- Credit Note
- Incoming Payments
- Electronic Invoice Export Addendum

All prices apply for SAP Business One 8.82 and later versions based on MS-SQL.

The estimated implementation time for each document is one month, assumming all Chart of Accounts, Business Partners and Item Master Data are already configured and implemented.

The prices include installation, configuration and training, all delivered remotely. Travel expenses are not included. Paymert terms are 50% downpayment and 50% upon completion. After the 45 day garantee any support services will be charged $90 USD per hour/event.
